sun + moon
This yummy Hatha Flow class will elevate your spirit! We’ll build just enough heat to cultivate energy, build strength and then find a beautiful release into relaxation and reflection. Hatha is the union of the sun energy (active) and moon energy (calm), creating balance and harmony between the two.
