Purchase Terms + Conditions
By purchasing classes, memberships, events, and retail at Afterglow Yoga + Meditation, you’re agreeing to the following:
Payments:
Payments are always due at the time of service.
All sales are final. No refunds or credits.
Expiration Dates:
Please pay careful attention to the expiration dates of the classes you purchase:
Drop-ins expire after 1 month after the purchase date.
10 class packs expire 3 months after first use.
To roll over expired classes to a new class pack or to request an extension for a medical emergency, please send us a message via our contact page.
Memberships:
All memberships have a 3-month initial commitment.
Your membership is active until you cancel. You are responsible for canceling your membership at least 7-days before your next billing period. We do not cancel inactive memberships or offer refunds or credits for unused classes/months.
Memberships are on monthly autopay.
To freeze your membership, you must give 7-days notice. You can freeze your membership for no less than 2 weeks at a time and no more than 1 month per calendar year.
To cancel, please contact us.
Memberships are per person, not per household. (Yes, even for virtual classes!)
Sharing Classes:
Class packages may only be shared between parents and their children. Classes may not be shared between friends, significant others, or spouses.
Workshops & Events:
We do not offer refunds on workshops and events. If you absolutely cannot attend, you can put the amount you paid on your account for future use.
