Thatâs why we offer the Lite Membershipâflexible and no pressure. Plus, you can always upgrade later!
Do I have to commit long-term?
Nope. You can cancel anytime with written notice just 1 (one) calendar month in advance of your billing cycle before your billing date.
Is it worth it if I only come once or twice a week?
Yes! Even one class a week can be transformational. Plus, with Digital Library access, youâll always have a practice to return toâon or off the mat.
Can I keep the discounted rate later if I donât join now?
This special intro pricing is only available during your trial. Once it ends, regular rates apply.
What if I go out of town or move? Can I pause or stop my membership?
We offer a one month hold for our memberships in the event of a super long vacation or gosh forbid a medical reason. If you move and can no longer get to our studio, we will, of course, allow you to cancel your membership. If any membership changes need to be made, just talk to us! We are always here đÂ

We offer both Unlimited and Limited class memberships with discounted pricing, perks and benefits galore! Drop in pricing including class packs are also available and can be booked individually without a membership. Our aim is to help you find the best fit for your personal goals, schedule and needs!
