We’ll begin with a strong, creative, and sweaty flow designed to move energy, open the body, and clear the noise. Expect purposeful sequencing, curated beats, and space to feel, process, and let go.
As the pace softens, shift into grounding breathwork, guided meditation, and deep stillness inviting you into a state of inner quiet known in yoga as Samadhi: a sense of oneness, clarity, and peace.

You’ll begin with gentle asana to open the body and prepare the nervous system, then transition into a deeply restorative sound bath using tools like crystal singing bowls, gongs, mantra, and other sacred instruments.

This class offers a slow, steady vinyasa flow designed to ground your body, clear your mind, and soften energetic tension. You’ll move intentionally – just enough to reset – then shift into stillness to receive hands-on Reiki during rest.

In Cosmic Yin, we journey inward. Through long-held postures, breath awareness, and energetic stillness, this practice targets the deep connective tissues while guiding you into a more spacious relationship with your body, emotions, and subtle energy.

Restore + Unwind offers the space to rest, release, reflect, and be held – physically, emotionally, and energetically. You’ll be guided through gentle, supported postures using props to fully relax the body, quiet the mind, and invite deep restoration.
Expect soft lighting, stillness, sacred space, and a sense of being deeply seen and supported.
